THE LEGEND

Somewhere deep in the bayous and swamps of Southern Louisiana lies a very large oyster shell. Inside,  sleeps a beautiful maiden known as Evangeline. Every 100 years, the supernatural seductress awakens. She rises from the oyster shell, in search of an earthly mate. After a century without the touch of a warm human body, the goddess hungers for sensual pleasures, but is unable to find that special someone to share an intimate encounter. She takes the large shiny pearl from the oyster shell and uses it to fulfill her insatiable desires, writhing in ecstasy in a forbidden dance. The temptress’s public display proves too much for the church-going folk of the small southern town. She is captured with a large fisherman’s net and returned to the oyster shell to hibernate for another 100 years, thus restoring virtue to the tight-knit bayou community.
